With a sleeping capacity of eight, your family and friends will appreciate the open floor plan and views of the tidal salt marsh. -Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper
towels, etc.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than eight people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Two parking spaces ONLY.
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal.
-Check in time 4pm, Check out time 11am.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund of the required deposit. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage for the week.
