-Living room with 42″ LCD TV, pull-out sofa
-Full bathroom with shower stall
-Bedroom with king-sized bed and air-conditioning
-Kitchen/dining area with full-sized fridge, apartment size gas range
-Sundeck located off of living room for relaxation. Also, serves as entrance and exit to loft-style apartment

Rental Policies & Info
-Cable TV
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included.  Guests need to bring their own towels.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper
towels, etc.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than four people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-One parking space ONLY, additional parking available for a nominal additional fee.
-No pets at any time.
-Non-Smoking
-No daily housekeeping service, however, there is trash removal.
-Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
