Rental Policies & Info
-Cable TV
-Partially Air Conditioned
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than 16 people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
-Four parking spaces ONLY.
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however, there is trash removal.
-Check-in time 4 p.m., Check-out time 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. the balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
