Rental Policies & Info
-Bed linens will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
-No pets at anytime
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than five people may stay at the cottage — there are no facilities for extra people
-Two parking spaces only
-No air conditioning
-Cable television
-No phone
-No daily housekeeping, however, trash removal is provided
-Check-in time is at 4 p.m., check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
