-Master bedroom with Queen, 42” TV
-2nd bedroom with double bed, small TV with VCR/DVD combo
-3rd bedroom has queen bed with sliding glass door that leads to a small balcony
-Full bathroom with claw foot tub and stand-up shower

Rental Policies
-Bed Linens will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
-No Pets at any time
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than six people may stay at the cottage – there are no facilities for extra people
-Two parking spaces only
-Fully air conditioned
-Cable television
-No telephone
-Wifi
-No daily housekeeping
-Trash pickup on street: Tuesdays and Saturday
-Check in time 4 pm, Check out time 11 am

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
