Life is a beach, and this cottage that sleeps 12 is just a stone’s throw away! The large gourmet kitchen and open concept living/dining area are on the second floor and offer fabulous views. -Master bedroom with two queens, walk-in closet and full bathroom

Rental Policies & Info
-Cable TV
-Air Conditioned
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels etc.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
(Pool, fitness room, etc.)
-No more than sixteen people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Four parking spaces ONLY.
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal.
-Check in at 4pm, Check out at 11am.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
