Cancellation Policy, Minimum Stays and Parking Policy

Hotel Rooms June through October
Deposits are refunded if we are notified up to 21 days in advance of arrival date and we are able to re-rent room. There is a $ 35 service charge for any cancellation. Please consider your departure date carefully, in the event you leave before the end of your reservation, the full rate will be charged.

Hotel Rooms November through May
Deposits are refunded if we are notified up to 14 days in advance of arrival date and we are able to re-rent room. There is a $ 35 service charge for any cancellation. Please consider your departure date carefully, in the event you leave before the end of your reservation, the full rate will be charged. We always consider weather issues and will hold deposits for future dates in the event of a storm.

Cottage Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.

Minimum Stays
Rooms are subject to minimum stays during the summer season at at various times during the year. Please check with reservations for further information. Cottage policies may differ. Please inquire with our staff.

Guest Parking
Each motel building has ONE parking space per unit. We are sorry that we have no provisions for any extra vehicles mid-June through October.
