Rental Policies & Info
-New Construction Spring of 2012
-Open outdoor shower with hot and cold water

-Beach access through right of way (approx. 4 minute walk)

-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper
towels, etc.
-Full use of the facilities at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
(Pool, fitness room, etc.)
-No more than eight people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Two parking spaces ONLY, additional parking available for nominal additional fee.
-No pets at any time.

-No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal.
-Minimum age of 25 required for rental.
-$200 refundable security deposit required.
-Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is 11am
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund of the required deposit. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage for the week.
