- Bed Linens will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
- No Pets at any time
- Full use of the facilities at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach – pool, fitness room, etc.
- No more than eight people may stay at the cottage – there are no facilities for extra people
- Two parking spaces only
- Deposits are refunded with 60 days notice less a $ 25 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
